Physio Pilates
I work with Pilates Solo, based on the classic method and muscle chains, in addition to working with pregnant women. Pilates is great for disease prevention and also as a way of treating pain already installed, since through exercises we can improve flexibility , mobility and muscle strengthening.
My classes are with a maximum of 3 persons per class, but the exercises will be passed according to the needs of each one.

Graduated in 2007 in Aesthetic Health and Advanced Cosmetology, Pérola Padilha has been working in the field of aesthetics for over a decade. In 2009 She specialized in Cosmetology and high-tech Peels. In 2010, she started a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedicine, where she was a scientific research (CNPq) for 2 years, and through this he can migrate to Ohio - USA, where she completed a year of exchange at Kent State University. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2016 and after that began her specialization in invasive procedures. Looking for more knowledge in 2019, she took the ADVANCED BOTULINUM TOXIN & DERMAL FILLERS COURSE Course, in London.

Graduated in Business Administration from Ibes Sociesc in 2011 in Blumenau/SC. She has started to move on to aesthetics career this year 2020, she subscribed to several online courses in order to supplement her studies in aesthetics to be prepared for her career. She received qualifications and certificates in facial micro-needling and facial aesthetics. She is currently completing the Skincare Specialist ITEC level II in Portobello Institute, this course is given her hands-on education and experience, with anatomy, customer consultation, and wide range of basic skincare services

In 2015 she started her journey in aesthetics field, which was her passion, becoming a professional massage therapist at Instituto Embeleze. In her 5 years working with aesthetics, she accomplished more than 10 specialization in various techniques, (Facial Aesthetics, SpaDetox, Advanced Body Aesthetics, Electrotherapy, Body Cosmetology, IPL Techinique Light Sheer and Soprano Ice ...) We cannot forget the Liposhock, where she was Pérola Padilha's student in 2017.

Graduated in Physiotherapy from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) in 2016 and Master in Human Movement Sciences (Udesc - 2018). She has been working in the area of Aesthetics for 4 years. With experience in pre and post-operative Plastic Surgery, manual Therapy with the concept of Muscular Chains, Maitland Method, treatment for Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and treatments through Pilates.

Graduated in 2015 from the Universidade do Norte Paulista (São Paulo/Brazil) in Aesthetics and Cosmetology, she has worked in the area of body and facial aesthetics for 5 years. In 2016, she took courses in the area of eye beautification, including eyelash placement and micropigmentation, specializing in the Be Brows technique in 2017, in the same year she participated in the II Corporal aesthetic meeting in Curitiba - PR/Brazil, becoming an specialis in the techniques and applications of Microneedling, Leds and cosmetics with Prof. Ms Mariana Negrão, Localized Fat, Cellulite and Flaccidity with Prof. PHD Patricia Froes and Prof. Ms Fábio Borges, also took the plasma jet course given by Prof. Ms. Fábio Borges in 2018.
