Hatha yoga classes are focused on right alignment and breathe. They are gentle and slower-paced and are great for stress relief, to improve flexibility, mobility and strength while keeping body and mind healthy and balanced. Classes are up to 5 students to enable individual attention and proper adjustments.

Physio Pilates

I work with Pilates Solo, based on the classic method and muscle chains, in addition to working with pregnant women. Pilates is great for disease prevention and also as a way of treating pain already installed, since through exercises we can improve flexibility , mobility and muscle strengthening.


My classes are with a maximum of 3 persons per class, but the exercises will be passed according to the needs of each one.

Ballet Fitness

Ballet fitness is designated to tone muscles, improve strength, flexibility and balance. It helps women and men who want to lose weight ,shape their muscle, correct posture and body coordination. The exercises use classical ballet movements and body weight to define and stretch!!


These are some of the benefits of Ballet Fitness, a method created by the Brazilian Betina Dantas, who conquered the gyms in Brazil.  In Ireland the Master Trainer Samantha Goulart is the only certified of the Brazilian method.

Belly Dance is a great way to stay in shape, gain confidence and stay healthy no matter what your dance experience, the technique is defined by its focus on circular motions and flexibility in the shoulders and hips. 


As one of the oldest forms of dance; Belly Dance promotes balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun, Belly dancing is a highly expressive art form. Thay Mollica is certificated and awarded dance teacher.

Hello, my name is Fernanda and I have a degree in Physical Education from Brazil.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for the last 8 years primarily focusing on helping people with their weight loss. I also deal with muscle toning, strength and conditioning as well as stretching.
I’ve seen a lot of my clients achieve their fitness goals and it makes me very happy and proud to be a part of that process. So if you’re looking to increase your fitness level, to change your body for the better or just generally improve your health I would be happy to help.

Pérola Padilha

Aesthetics

Graduated in 2007 in Aesthetic Health and Advanced Cosmetology, Pérola Padilha has been working in the field of aesthetics for over a decade. In 2009 She specialized in Cosmetology and high-tech Peels. In 2010, she started a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedicine, where she was a scientific research (CNPq) for 2 years, and through this he can migrate to Ohio - USA, where she completed a year of exchange at Kent State University. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2016 and after that began her specialization in invasive procedures. Looking for more knowledge in 2019, she took the ADVANCED BOTULINUM TOXIN & DERMAL FILLERS COURSE Course, in London.

Regiane Ivo

Aesthetics

Graduated in Business Administration from Ibes Sociesc in 2011 in Blumenau/SC. She has started to move on to aesthetics career this year 2020, she subscribed to several online courses in order to supplement her studies in aesthetics to be prepared for her career. She received qualifications and certificates in facial micro-needling and facial aesthetics. She is currently completing the Skincare Specialist ITEC level II in Portobello Institute, this course is given her hands-on education and experience, with anatomy, customer consultation, and wide range of basic skincare services

Lisiane Giusti

Nutritionist

Born in south of Brazil, she has always had an appreciation for food, nutrition and health promotion. Lisiane  uses her knowledge and skills to help people achieve optimum health and assists in the prevention and treatment of nutritional related problems through means of nutritional consultation, personalised diet plans and  health coach She is also an Associate Nutritional Therapist with Nutritional Therapist of Ireland, she has a passion for nutrition and experience working in Ireland helping people lose weight, gain muscle mass and have a better relationship with  health food.

Seán

Physiotherapist

Seán is a CORU registered physiotherapist specialising in neuromuscular rehabilitation.

 

He has spent many years working with sports teams insuring injury prevention and return to play protocols, as well as on side assistance during the competitive season.

 

Previous to graduating as a Physiotherapist, Seán worked as a personal trainer in some of Irelands best gyms, such as Educogym Castleknock and The Shelbourne Health club.

 

Seán believes that there should be a balance between health and performance and live by the motto:
