What is Belly Dance?
This ancient dance modality, with a strong Arab influence, is an essentially feminine practice. In which, the dancer learns to value her own beauty and femininity.
This modality works the whole body, activating mainly glutes, thighs and abdomen, improving flexibility and strength. In addition, it helps in blood circulation and is an excellent cardiovascular exercise.
Belly dancing also stimulates the movement of fluids throughout the body, lubricating cartilage and joints, improving osteoarthritis and helping to fight fibromyalgia pain.
